Welcome to Faster-Fitness

We all know how busy life can be, Work, Family, they both take up a lot of our time. At faster-Fitness we have designed programs & routines specifically for busy people looking to get the maximum from the time they have free to exercise. High Intensity Interval Strength Training (HIiST) routines are designed to get the most done in the shortest time.
With routines based on 30 & 45 minute workouts, designed to get twice the work in half the time, Faster-Fitness will help you back on track with your health & fitness. With 1-1, Semi private & Group training sessions avalible.

Group training

Faster-Fitness group sessions are based upon strength training mixed with high cardio. This allows us to cover more getting results faster!! No fixed routines, pick one of whats on the board choose your weight and GO. At faster-Fitness we think of sessions as “your workouts” so take it at whatever pace you wish.
Work to your own level,enjoy the session, get what what you want from it, Simple.

Our Goal

Our Goal at Faster-Fitness is to help busy people achieve great results and fast. We will aim to provide you with the very best routines and the very best instruction. On a 1-1 basis we aim to always be able to provide the client with everything they need to achieve their goal as fast as possible. Our group sessions are kept small (10-12 max). We won’t fill them with loads of people and just leave them to it. At Faster-Fitness our focus is clients becoming the best they can be and we believe this can only come from focused trainer / Client teamwork.
