What makes our sessions great?

At Faster-Fitness we don’t believe in having fixed classes on fixed nights with fixed routines. We believe in shocking the body with different routines every session, forcing it to adapt & change. We believe this gives a far better chance of great results.

What do we do?

(HIIST) High Intensity Interval Strength Training – HIIT training is well known in fitness to produce great results. By adding in the Strength side we are able to get even bigger better results.
Kettlebells, Trx, Powerbags, Medicine balls, Slam balls, Battle ropes
Prowler Sled and much more will power up your workouts like never before.

When can I train?

Group sessions are:

Monday: 18:30-19:30
Tuesday: 18:30 – 19:30
Wednesday: 18:30 – 19:30
Thursday: 18:30 – 19:30
Saturday: 09:30 – 10:30
